Ballet and Yoga go hand-in-hand and both activities compliment each other, in helping your body keep supple, fit and flexible. But most importantly giving a good sense of well being keeping you young at heart, body & soul.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
Ballet and Yoga help you build confidence in yourself, and promote youth within yourself and help keep you looking young on the outside too. It doesn't matter what shape your in or feel like inside, good activities can help anyone stay well and feel good about themselves and enjoy life to the full. A good healthy balenced diet is of course very important too, thus "you are what you eat".
Teach ballet to all ages and abilities and asses everyone personally.
Amy is a professional back pain reliever, using simple and safe workouts and proven remedial exercises including the "Spiral Stabalization" method.
Amy teaches Yoga at all levels and all abilities, and gives personal advice sympathetically to each separate student to help with any problems they may have.
